Can I use my travel insurance?
Usually yes, by claiming afterwards: pay for your care, and we will send you the receipts and documents to submit to your insurer. If you want cashless treatment, contact your insurer's assistance hotline first. Japanese national health insurance is not accepted.
What about medicine?
If the doctor prescribes medicine, it's included in the price above and express-delivered to where you're staying — no need to find a pharmacy.
